Recently you've started asking "why?"  But you don't just ask why, you ask "but what does it make it do?"


This is your response to nearly anything I ask you to do, or not do.  


Me: Dutch stop making that noise. 
You: Ok, but what does it make it do? 
Me: It's annoying, son. 
Dutch: But what does it make it do? 
Me: It annoys me, that's what it does. 
Dutch: But what does it make it DO?! 
Me: Sigh
