oh roger

part of the whole 'bringing a child into this world', involves the not so wonderful world of 'childbirth classes', the first of which Zach and I attended yesterday afternoon. I won't go into details, but I did feel it was necessary to share with you our very first, and (hopefully) only, birthing video experience. I need to preface this with - we were running a little late (had to finish our Wendy's in the car before heading into class), so when we DO arrive, the only seats left are the ones in the first row, about 5 feet from the projection screen. oh glory!

thankfully the actual birthing video was only about 5 minutes long, but that was plenty... like I said, I will spare the gory details, however, THIS bit I must share... in the midst of the pushing and the head showing and all that gross stuff, the woman says, "Oh Roger! Roger, does it look like a baby?"

Now I had to giggle, just a little bit, because I feel, that, IF you have even an inkling that your baby will come out looking like anything other than, a baby, you need to seriously reconsider procreating.

that is all I will say about the classes we
partly appreciate, partly scare the hell out of us, that we are forced to take.

good times. good times indeed.

What kind of drugs was that woman on? I think you should find out.
